Day 1: Nairobi to Tsavo East National Park
Our company representative will pick you from your hotel in Nairobi very early in the morning as you will have a long drive to Tsavo East National Park, the largest national park in Kenya. You will have lunch en-route then continue your journey to Tsavo East. Arriving in the late afternoon, you will do a simple game drive as you drive to your lodge / camp
Day 2: Game drives in Tsavo East National Park
Early morning breakfast and thereafter prepare for a full day of game viewing experience in this vast national park covered in endless grasslands and savanna. The landscape in Tsavo East NP is flatter and drier, despite having one of Kenya’s largest rivers flowing through the middle. The game drives in Tsavo East NP are long and very rewarding because of its large size.
Expect to see Tsavo lions, elephants, leopards, buffalos, elands, kudus, waterbucks, dik-diks, impala, jackal, mongoose, zebras, hyenas, gazelle, velvet monkeys, bat-eared fox, hippos, crocodiles among others while on the game drives. Dinner and overnight stay back at your lodge / camp.
Day 3: Transfer to Tsavo West National Park

Day 5: Full day in Amboseli National Park

Retreat from the game drives and drive back to your lodge / camp for an evening of relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.
Day 9: Depart to Lake Nakuru National Park
Exit Samburu NR after breakfast with one last game viewing opportunity en-route as you drive to Lake Nakuru National Park found on the floor of the Great Rift Valley with a brief stop at the Nyahururu Thomson Falls. You will have a delicious lunch upon arrival and after embark on an afternoon game drive.
Flamingo are famous on Lake Nakuru during season (reduced population over the years) and hundreds of other bird species. Also look out for other wildlife including Rothschild’s giraffe, black and white rhino (endangered species), waterbuck, reed buck, lion, buffalo, leopard, baboon, and many species of plains game. Drive back to your lodge / camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 10: Lake Nakuru National Park – Lake Naivasha
After breakfast, you will exit Lake Nakuru NP with one last game drive as you drive to the fresh water Lake Naivasha. On arrival, you will drive to Hell’s Gate NP and spend the rest of the day exploring the scenic park on foot or hire bicycles and ride amid gracefully grazing gazelles and the larger antelopes. Enjoy the delightful experience. For the more adventurous, hiking and rock climbing activities are available on request. Dinner and overnight at your lodge / camp.
Day 11: Lake Naivasha- Masai Mara National Reserve
Wake up to a hot breakfast after which you will go for a refreshing boat ride on the beautiful Lake Naivasha for about 1 hour. You will sail past curious hippos, exotic fish and have a chance to take in the full views of birdlife including cormorants and pelicans.
After the boat ride, you hit the road to the famous Masai Mara National Reserve arriving in the afternoon for lunch and a short break before embarking on an introductory game drive in the amazing Mara. Dinner and overnight stay at your lodge / camp.
Days 12 & 13: Exploration of the Masai Mara National Reserve
